We don’t have a retail store but we’re available for scheduled tastings. We can come to you or meet at our shared kitchen.

We have 5 core flavors – vanilla, chocolate, sea salt caramel, cookies n’ cream & cappuccino. Our dairy free flavors are vanilla & cookies n’ cream. We can also fulfill special flavor requests for an additional fee.
Yes! We can accommodate requests for nut-free, dairy free/vegan & gluten free.
We get it from a creamery in Michigan. We spin the ice cream mix ourselves and freeze into mini ice cream molds.
You get to pick 2 ice cream flavors, 1 dip, 4 toppings and 2 drizzles. Just within that package, there are over 100 ice cream bar creations!
About 4-6 bites. Maybe more if you’re a dainty eater.
You get to pick the menu — what flavors we bring, dips, toppings and drizzles. On the day of your event, we will have a personalized chalkboard menu so your guests can make their selections & have a customized ice cream bar!
Luckily for you, we are creative & would love to help.
The cart is 66 inches long by 34 inches wide. It will fit thru a standard door frame.
If the event is not on the 1st floor, we need to have access to an elevator. The cart can not go up any stairs. The cart can be inside or outdoors. All we need is an outlet to power up the cart. We do travel with extension cords just in case we aren’t close to one.
Just one at this time. Once the cart is booked for an event, it’s not available for double bookings.
If the cart is booked or if you’re looking for a budget conscious option, we do offer a table service setup. Table service & the cart have the same ice cream package but there are cost savings with the table set up.
Cart rental and table service must be rented for 2 hours. Ice cream bar minimum purchase is 50.
Most of our clients are within the Chicagoland area but we can travel further. Dry ice is an amazing invention.
If you have an idea, we will base the proposal around that number. The bar count can be increased or decreased up until the final invoice. We send that out 30 days prior to your event.
Email us the image you’d like to use at least 2 weeks prior to your event. We will print the image onto an edible white chocolate coin. Customized coins are $1/coin.
Yes we do! We have a separate treats package option which includes any (or all!) of the following – churros, cookies, fruit & rice krispie treats.
We can take a check or Venmo. If you want to pay with credit card, we can send you our PayPal link. There is a 3% fee for credit card payments.
We’ll send you an invoice for the deposit and contract to sign.
If we’re going to be outside, we always ask for a back up plan for rain or severe weather.
If we have the date free & inventory available, yes! We do love our last minute bookings but giving us as much of a heads up as possible is preferred.
