Hi, we’re Jim and Meghan. We’re a husband and wife team from Chicago. We came up with Dipsy in 2017 around the time we had our 1st child. After attending several weddings, we saw there were a lack of ice cream desserts & customized treat options. We sketched out our cart & dreamed of seeing our unique ice cream bars across Instagram.
